Key Qualifications:

• Active Michigan SLP license (mandatory)
• ASHA CCC certification required
• Strong background in pediatric speech/language services within school settings
• Significant experience working with students with varying behavioral and educational needs
• Ability to work autonomouslyno direct supervision provided
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat communication and language disorders in elementary-aged students
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Monitor and document student outcomes and provide timely reports as needed
• Deliver therapy sessions both individually and in groups
