Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Taylor, Michigan. This is a full-time, in-person position serving a K12 student population within a school-based setting. The ideal candidate is committed to helping students achieve their communication goals and thrive academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Provide direct therapy services to students across K12 grade levels
  • Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Monitor and report student progress regularly

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Michigan SLP license
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Previous school-based experience is preferred 
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Schedule:
