Qualifications and Experience:
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or clinical fellowship year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred
- Strong assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for K-5 students
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech and language therapy in individual and group settings
- Monitor progress, maintain thorough records, and adapt approaches as needed
- Consult with classroom teachers and participate in IEP meetings
- Foster inclusive, supportive environments to optimize student success
- Communicate regularly with families and staff regarding student goals and achievements
