Step into a dynamic onsite opportunity as a Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist, serving students in a vibrant educational setting near Algonquin, IL. This full-time, contract position spans the 2026-2027 school year, offering 37.5 hours each week with a variety of caseloads determined prior to your start. You'll empower diverse learners to achieve their communication goals and play a key role alongside supportive colleagues and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Illinois State Licensure (IDFPR) required
• ISBE Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech-Language Endorsement
• Bilingual proficiency and experience working with multilingual learners
• Open to first-year SLPs (CFs are encouraged to apply)
• SLP-Assistants may be considered only if specified
• Capacity to adapt therapy plans to individual student needs
• Strong collaboration and documentation skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Deliver direct therapy, both individually and in groups, in accordance with IEP guidelines
• Engage in interdisciplinary meetings and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for student success
• Maintain accurate progress records and contribute to IEP development and reviews
• Foster a positive, inclusive therapy environment, advocating for bilingual and multicultural learners
