With a stable schedule of 35 hours per week (7 hours per day), youll have consistency and balance throughout the school year.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold a current Virginia SLP License (required)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Prior experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is beneficial
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and work closely with teachers, families, and IEP teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students
• Develop and implement tailored intervention strategies and Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support each students academic and personal success
• Provide direct therapy and consultative services in individual and group formats
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and ongoing communication with stakeholders
