Key Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong collaborative skills to work with teachers, families, and support staff
• Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive evaluations, diagnostics, and therapy to students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Design and deliver individualized and group interventions based on student IEPs
• Consult and collaborate with teachers and parents to support student goals and generalize skills across environments
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress and required reports
• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, professional development, and multidisciplinary team discussions
• Offer guidance and resources to staff and families to support student growth
