Job Description

Key Qualifications:

  • Active New Mexico SLP license (required)

  • Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches for diverse student populations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and diagnose students with speech, language, or communication challenges
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students from elementary through high school
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation per school and state requirements
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success
  • Collaborate effectively with school staff and families to address student needs
