Key Qualifications:

• Current, active New Mexico SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
• Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills
• Proficiency in designing individualized student care plans

Core Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with student goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other school professionals
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress records
• Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing student support discussions
• Provide consultative services, resources, and advocacy for student needs
