Key Qualifications:
- Current, active New Mexico SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills
- Proficiency in designing individualized student care plans
Core Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct therapy services in accordance with student goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other school professionals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records
- Participate in IEP meetings and ongoing student support discussions
- Provide consultative services, resources, and advocacy for student needs
