Engage in a rewarding opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathologist working full-time in a school setting based in Albuquerque, NM. This contract position runs from ASAP through May 2026 and offers a chance to make a meaningful impact on students' communication skills across multiple grade levels.
Responsibilities include providing speech and language evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans, and implementing therapy services for students ranging from PreK through 3rd grade, as well as 7th-8th grade middle school students, and an additional elementary group spanning PreK to 6th grade. The role involves collaboration with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress and participation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Hold a current New Mexico state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (NM Licensed SLP)
- Experience working with diverse caseloads including elementary and middle school students
- SLP Credentialing (Certificate of Clinical Competence) preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, staff, and parents
- Ability to manage full-time caseload with professionalism and flexibility
