Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license in Oregon (or eligibility for licensure)
• Prior experience in schools or with pediatric populations is highly valued
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Familiarity with IEP processes and goal setting
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive educational atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and provide therapy to students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
• Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress toward IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to support student learning outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary evaluations as a valued team member
• Offer guidance and resources for teachers and caregivers to enhance carryover of skills
