This contract opportunity near Albany, OR, focuses on supporting diverse learners in a school setting, providing vital speech and language services that enable students to thrive academically and socially.

Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active SLP license in the state of Oregon (or eligibility to obtain)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs considered
• Prior school-based experience or pediatric clinical experience highly desired
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to meet individual student needs
• Familiarity with IEP development, meetings, and related paperwork

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address educational impact
• Provide direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and progress reports
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, IEP conferences, and other school-based collaborations
• Communicate regularly with teachers, parents, and staff to support student success
• Foster a supportive, inclusive environment for all students
