Qualifications/Preferred Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; recent graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) also considered
  • Prior experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is highly desirable
  • Strong collaborative, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to determine students' speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and deliver therapy services individually or in small groups, targeting identified goals
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings by collaborating with teachers, families, and other professionals
  • Document progress and maintain thorough records in accordance with school and district requirements
  • Engage in consultation with educators to support classroom strategies and student success
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and proactive school environment
