Job Description

This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to work onsite for the 2025/26 school year, supporting students communication skills and fostering educational success.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid (or eligibility for) Oregon SLP License
- CCC-SLP or CFY credential welcomed
- Experience with pediatric or school-age populations preferred
- Strong knowledge of IEP processes, speech/language assessment, and interventions
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to elementary-age students onsite
- Conduct comprehensive speech/language evaluations and write clear, concise reports
- Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to implement student IEPs
- Develop tailored treatment plans targeting students unique needs
- Track progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as required
- Support inclusion, and create a positive, engaging learning environment
