This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to work onsite for the 2025/26 school year, supporting students communication skills and fostering educational success.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid (or eligibility for) Oregon SLP License
• CCC-SLP or CFY credential welcomed
• Experience with pediatric or school-age populations preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP processes, speech/language assessment, and interventions
• Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to elementary-age students onsite
• Conduct comprehensive speech/language evaluations and write clear, concise reports
• Collaborate closely with teachers, school staff, and families to implement student IEPs
• Develop tailored treatment plans targeting students unique needs
• Track progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Support inclusion, and create a positive, engaging learning environment
