Job Description

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure (or eligibility) for speech-language pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, though strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
  • Prior experience in a school-based, pediatric, or educational environment is a plus
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and record-keeping skills
  • Strong commitment to fostering equity and accessibility for all students

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Conduct assessments and provide individualized speech-language therapy for students, following IEP guidelines
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support academic performance and social success
  • Develop and implement effective intervention plans tailored to each students unique needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, progress reports, and required compliance paperwork
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide training and support for staff and caregivers on strategies to improve student communication
