Job Description

Desired Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY considered
  • Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is highly valued
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with IEP development and progress monitoring
  • Ability to work independently and as part of an educational team

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop personalized intervention plans and implement therapy as outlined in IEPs
  • Track student progress and update goals, maintaining accurate documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
  • Provide direct and consultative therapy services to students across grade levels
  • Deliver education and support to families and staff regarding speech-language needs
  • Stay current with best practices and continuing education in speech-language pathology
