Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid SLP license for Ohio or eligibility to obtain
  • Open to both seasoned SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative problem-solving skills
  • Experience in school-based settings working with diverse student populations preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to students in person across elementary, middle, and high school levels
  • Screen, assess, and diagnose speech/language disorders; develop individualized education programs (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to create inclusive learning environments
  • Maintain detailed and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings and share progress updates with stakeholders
  • Support students in achieving academic, social, and communicative goals
