Job Description

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in a K-12 school setting located in Adrian, MI, for the current school year. This contract role begins ASAP and continues through the end of the school year, providing vital support to students across all grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students in grades K-12
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results
  • Collaborate with educators and families to support students communication goals
  • Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district regulations
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development sessions

Qualifications:

  • Current Michigan license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (MI Licensed SLP) is required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
  • Experience working with school-aged children in a K-12 educational environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work onsite full time during school hours
