Job Description
Make a real difference in the lives of students by providing onsite speech-language pathology services for a K-12 caseload. This full-time, contract opportunity is available immediately and runs through the end of the school year. Your expertise will empower students to reach their full communication potential in a supportive educational setting near Adrian, MI.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
- Active Michigan SLP license
- Prior experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and team members
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students in grades K-12
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs), and monitor student progress
- Utilize evidence-based practices to address speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate regularly with parents and staff
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to district and state regulations
- Provide guidance to classroom teachers and contribute to student success in the educational environment
