Sunbelt Staffing is seeking SpeechLanguage Pathologists to join a supportive school district for the 20262027 academic year. This is a fulltime, onsite role serving K12 students across two school buildings. Position Snapshot
Location: North Adams, MA
Contract Dates: August 28, 2026 End of June 2027
Hours: 32.5 hours per week
Schedule Options: 8:20 AM 3:00 PM or 7:30 AM 2:30 PM
Schools Assigned: 2
Caseload: 50 students
Grade Levels: K12
Student Needs: Autism, developmental delays, communication disorders, SLDD
Licensure: Active Massachusetts SLP license required
Supervision: District provides support for CFYs, assistants, paras, RBTs, CNAs, and LPNs
Role Responsibilities
Conduct evaluations and provide direct therapy
Develop and implement IEP goals
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain documentation and progress reports
Support students with a wide range of communication needs

Compensation for this position ranges from $33.00 to $65.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals.
