Key Qualifications:

  • Active Maryland Speech Language Pathologist license
  • ASHA Certification (Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply)
  • Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
  • Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to fostering positive outcomes for elementary students

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Deliver direct therapy sessions to elementary-aged students, both individually and in group settings
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to support student progress within the school community
  • Maintain thorough documentation in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
  • Participate in IEP meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development activities
