Qualifications:

  • Current Maryland Speech Language Pathologist license
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • ASHA Certification (or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow)
  • Experience or passion for working in pediatric or school-based settings
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to create individualized treatment plans and work effectively within a team environment

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat elementary students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educators to support student progress
  • Document assessments, interventions, and communication with stakeholders
  • Participate in IEP meetings, RTI processes, and assist with parent education as needed
  • Provide consultation and support to teachers and staff regarding speech and language strategies

Compensation for this position ranges from $41.00 to $55.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
