This is an outstanding opportunity for a professional with their Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) to bring their expertise and passion to a vibrant educational setting.

This W2 contract role allows you to focus on delivering high-quality services while experiencing the rewards of helping children develop essential communication skills that impact their academic and social success.

What youll bring:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
• Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience working with school-aged children, ideally in diverse classroom or clinical environments
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Commitment to improving outcomes for students with various speech and language needs

Role responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students across grade levels
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) that reflect each students unique strengths and goals
• Provide direct therapy services, both one-on-one and in small group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Maintain thorough records in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Offer guidance and resources to staff and families to reinforce communication skills beyond therapy sessions
