Your day-to-day will involve working 35-40 hours per week with a diverse caseload, designed to further your skills in school-based and pediatric speech-language pathology. Qualifications and Experience:
- Active South Carolina Speech Language Pathologist License required
- Credentialed SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or relevant school-based SLP experience
- Background in pediatric or adolescent populations strongly preferred
- Adaptable communication style for students, staff, and families
- Prior experience in a school or healthcare-based setting is a plus
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide speech-language therapy to secondary-grade students in a supportive school environment
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student communication outcomes
- Maintain timely and accurate records in alignment with school and state requirements
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP development and implementation
