Qualifications
- Minimum 3.5 EIPA score
- Valid state interpreter license through GaPSC
- Prior experience in a school setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide sign language interpretation for a 6th or 7th grade student in a self-contained classroom
- Work either 32.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday) or 16 hours per week (Tuesday & Wednesday only)
- Maintain accurate, confidential records related to interpretation services
- Collaborate with educators and staff to adapt classroom content for student accessibility
