Qualifications:

  • Valid EIPA score of 3.5 or higher
  • Completed fingerprinting through OSPI within the past 2 years
  • Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL)
  • School-based interpreting experience preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Provide one-on-one ASL interpretation for an assigned elementary or secondary student
  • Support students in academic and extracurricular settings
  • Collaborate with educational teams to adapt communication methods and ensure accessibility
