A school-based opportunity is available for a skilled Sign Language Interpreter in Seattle, WA. This role involves travel between multiple school locations, requiring flexibility and adaptability to different learning environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate effective communication between Deaf or Hard of Hearing students and educators by interpreting spoken language into sign language and vice versa.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to ensure accessibility of educational content.
• Provide support during classroom activities, meetings, and events to promote inclusive communication.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) with demonstrated interpreting experience in educational settings.
