Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- State of Washington TVI license and EIPA score of 3.5 or higher (required)
- Proven experience interpreting in educational settings, especially with middle school students
- Strong expressive and receptive American Sign Language (ASL) skills
- Ability to adapt interpreting styles to meet unique student needs
- Professionalism, discretion, and reliability in a school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate clear communication between students, teachers, and staff
- Interpret classroom instruction, discussions, and activities for assigned students
