This assignment offers a stable, MondayFriday schedule for a total of 32.5 hours per week at a single school site. Qualifications and Experience Sought:

• Valid Washington State Sign Language Interpreter certification required
• Prior experience in educational interpreting or working with K-12 students is ideal
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills; able to work closely with diverse students and staff
• Flexibility, professionalism, and a student-centered mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide real-time interpretation for students who are deaf or hard of hearing during classroom instruction and school activities
• Work closely with educators, support staff, and families to foster inclusion and ensure accessible learning experiences
• Accurately convey instructional content and facilitate clear communication in a variety of school settings
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to school district policies
