Key Qualifications:

  • Certified Sign Language Interpreter (RID or equivalent certification preferred)
  • Experience interpreting in educational settings
  • Strong knowledge of American Sign Language (ASL)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Adaptability and professionalism in changing environments

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide sign language interpretation for students and staff in classroom and school activities
  • Foster an inclusive environment for Deaf and hard-of-hearing students

  • Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards of interpreting
