Qualifications:
- Valid 4.0 EIPA score
- Completion of CHSPE/NCLB, or 48 units of higher education study, or an AA degree
- Certificate from Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID) or TEC Unit Level 4 from ACCI
- Strong proficiency in sign language interpretation for educational settings
- Ability to work effectively onsite and independently
Responsibilities:
- Support students in 1:1 settings requiring sign language assistance
- Facilitate communication between students, education staff, and peers
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards at all times
- Actively participate in student progress meetings as needed
