• Comfort working one-on-one and in group classroom settings

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate, real-time interpretation between spoken English and ASL in classrooms and throughout the school environment
• Support students' understanding and participation during lessons, group work, assemblies, and extracurricular activities
• Work closely with teachers and support staff to facilitate a positive learning atmosphere
• Clarify misunderstood concepts and advocate for effective communication
• Contribute to the Individualized Education Program (IEP) process as needed
