Key Qualifications:

• Current Georgia Educator Certification for Sign Language Interpreters, with an EIPA score of 3.5 or above
• Alternatively, candidates with close EIPA scores and intentions to retake the exam may be considered for a SLI tech role, with the potential to transition to a full SLI position
• Comfortable and experienced with completing daily service logs
• Strong interpersonal skills to connect with students and staff
• Willingness to discuss age group preferences and experience during the interview, aligning with district needs

Primary Duties:

• Deliver sign language interpreting services to students, supporting their access to educational content and campus activities
• Maintain clear, accurate service documentation through daily logs as required by the district
• Engage in collaborative meetings, planning sessions, and ongoing professional development
• Adapt to the assigned caseload each school year, based on district needs and your experience
• Foster an inclusive, supportive environment for all students
