This position offers the opportunity to provide essential American Sign Language (ASL) interpretation services in a high school environment. The role focuses on supporting a student who is Deaf or hard of hearing (DHH) by facilitating communication, assisting with core content delivery, and ensuring the student has full access to classroom instruction.

Schedule:
- MondayThursday: 7:00 AM 2:15 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM 12:45 PM
Duration: ASAP through June 1, 2026

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ASL interpretation and facilitation services in the classroom
- Support a high school student who is Deaf or hard of hearing with ongoing communication and coursework
- Collaborate with educators to ensure accessibility of core content
- Assist in delivering clear and effective communication throughout the school day
Qualifications and Experience:
- Registered under the Sign Language Interpreter and Transliteration Registration Act
- Fluent proficiency in American Sign Language
- Understanding of the educational needs and accommodations for students who are Deaf or hard of hearing
- Ability to follow oral and written directions accurately
- Strong oral and written communication skills
