Desired Qualifications:

  • Current RID certification and/or EIPA assessment score of 4.0 or above (as required by WA State law)
  • Valid Washington State drivers license or proof of reliable transportation/mobility
  • Prior experience in school or classroom settings preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Provide sign-to-voice and voice-to-sign interpretation in classrooms and educational environments
  • Ensure communication access for D/HH students and community members, adhering to IDEA, ADA, and legal requirements
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to facilitate learning and inclusion
  • Support instructional activities under teacher guidance as needed
