Embark on a rewarding opportunity supporting students as an onsite Sign Language Interpreter for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year. This contract engagement runs from August 10, 2026, through May 27, 2027, with a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. Desired Qualifications:

  • Valid North Carolina licensure as a Sign Language Interpreter
  • Demonstrated fluency in American Sign Language (ASL) and strong interpreting skills

  • Professional demeanor and reliability for full onsite attendance
  • Strong collaboration abilities when working alongside teachers, school staff, and families
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to state and district standards

Key Responsibilities:
