A rewarding opportunity is available for a Sign Language Interpreter in the Evans, Georgia area for the upcoming school year. This full-time contract position offers a consistent 37.5-hour schedule across five days, along with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student growth, development, and success.
Qualifications:
- Active Georgia Sign Language Interpreter licensure/credentials
- EIPA score of 3.5 or higher
- Strong communication and teamwork skills when collaborating with students, families, and school staff
Responsibilities:
- Interpret instructional and auditory information for assigned students across classroom settings
- Accompany students throughout the school day to provide consistent communication access
- Reteach or clarify information as needed to support student comprehension
- Facilitate communication between students and hearing peers during academic and social interactions

- Located in the Evans, Georgia area
