What Were Looking For:

• Certification or licensure as a Sign Language Interpreter
• Experience with DHH (Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing) students preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively onsite
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic educational settings

Your Role Will Include:

• Providing one-on-one sign language interpretation for a DHH student
• Assisting the student during all classroom and school activities
• Collaborating with educators and staff to ensure seamless communication
• Maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism
• Working onsite at the Head Start center during the school day (8:00 AM 2:00 PM, 30 hrs/week)
