Job Description

This role offers an opportunity to use your sign language interpreting skills in an educational setting located in Converse, TX. As a traveling professional, you will provide essential communication support to students and staff, facilitating access and inclusion within the school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret spoken and signed communication between students, teachers, and staff during classroom instruction and school activities
  • Assist with conveying educational content accurately and effectively for students who use sign language
  • Collaborate with educators and support personnel to create an inclusive learning environment
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
