A skilled Sign Language Interpreter is needed to provide professional interpretation services in a school setting. This travel position is based in Columbia, MD, and requires effective communication support to foster an inclusive learning environment for students who use sign language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret spoken language into sign language and vice versa during classroom instruction, school events, and meetings.
• Facilitate communication between deaf or hard-of-hearing students, teachers, staff, and parents.
• Adapt interpretation methods to suit varying educational content and situations.
• Collaborate with educators and support personnel to ensure accessibility and understanding.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:
