Qualifications:
- Valid EIPA (Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment) score of 3.5 or higher
- Passing written exam
- Certification and experience as a Sign Language Interpreter
- School-based interpreting experience preferred
- Ability to work on-site as required
Responsibilities:
- Provide sign language interpretation services to students across different schools (assignments and caseloads to be determined)
- Collaborate with teachers, administration, and other support staff to ensure communication access
- Adapt to various age groups and educational content while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality
- Work full-time, Monday through Friday, during the academic year
