Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current GA SLI license or equivalent
• EIPA score of 3.5 or higher
• Experience interpreting in schools or similar environments is highly valued
• Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL)
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Providing clear and accurate ASL interpretation for students, facilitating communication between students, educators, and peers
• Assisting in classroom instruction, school activities, parent meetings, and extracurricular events as needed
• Supporting student participation and engagement in academic and social settings
• Collaborating with teachers and staff to address the unique needs of deaf and hard-of-hearing students
