Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC or eligible for CFY) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA).
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred, but open to strong candidates from healthcare backgrounds.
- Knowledge of IEP development processes, data-driven intervention, and progress monitoring in line with best practices.
- Comfortable utilizing digital platforms for teletherapy services (for hybrid/remote roles).
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and work both independently and collaboratively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to a diverse student population across various grade levels.
- Conduct accurate assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with student needs.
- Provide engaging therapy sessions in person and/or through teletherapy.
- Document progress, maintain compliance, and engage in effective communication with students, families, and school staff.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and multidisciplinary collaborations as needed.
