Desired Qualifications:
- Active state licensure as an SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA
- Previous experience in school or healthcare settings preferred
- Familiarity with virtual therapy platforms is a plus for teletherapy roles
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Compassion, adaptability, and dedication to fostering student success
- Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop targeted IEP goals for students with communication disorders
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services, both in-person and through teletherapy as needed
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
- Monitor progress and adjust strategies to ensure each student meets their individual objectives
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to the IEP process
- Participate in school meetings and professional development opportunities
