Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences (required for SLP positions)
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP or SLPA
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP), Clinical Fellowship Year candidates (CFY), and SLPA certification all welcomed
• Previous experience in school-based or healthcare settings advantageous
• Strong collaborative skills for working with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide direct therapy services for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and prepare required reports
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes
• Consult and coach classroom staff to support generalization of skills
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team decision-making processes
