Desired Qualifications:
- Holds SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or SLPA credentials recognized by appropriate state and national boards
- Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings highly preferred
- Comfortable providing both onsite and teletherapy services (as needed)
- Strong understanding of IEP documentation and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Compassionate approach with students, families, and educational staff
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure (as appropriate for role)
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct and consultative services to students in accordance with IEP/504 goals
- Maintain thorough records and timely progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate closely with teachers, specialists, and families
- Utilize technology for teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessible and engaging interventions
- Support students across a range of ages and communication needs, fostering academic and social development
