Qualifications and Experience:

• Current licensure or certification as a School Psychologist in Michigan
• Experience providing psychological assessment and intervention in elementary settings
• Strong skills in conducting evaluations, developing intervention plans, and working with multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication abilities to partner effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• A passion for advocating for students and fostering inclusivity

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify student strengths and areas for growth
• Develop and help implement intervention strategies that promote student well-being and academic achievement
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to create supportive, individualized plans
• Provide direct support and counseling to students, addressing academic, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Participate in IEP and other team meetings, offering professional recommendations for student services
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in line with district and state requirements
