Key Qualifications:

  • Active Louisiana Department of Education School Psychology Certification required
  • In-depth knowledge of psychoeducational evaluations, special education eligibility, and IDEA compliance
  • Experience writing detailed evaluation reports and interpreting assessment data
  • Strong team collaboration skills with educational diagnosticians, social workers, SLPs, and administrators
  • Excellent communication for delivering assessment results to families, educators, and district teams
  • Well-developed organizational skills to manage caseloads and timelines
  • Bilingual abilities are a strong plus

Role Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a resource for referrals to community services and provide direct support to students and families

  • Clearly explain assessment processes and results to all relevant stakeholders
