A School Psychologist opportunity is available in Ypsilanti, MI, serving K-12 students within the school setting. This full-time position offers the possibility of part-time hours and requires onsite presence. The assignment begins immediately and extends through June 5, 2026, providing a stable and impactful role working with diverse student populations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological assessments for K-12 students to identify learning needs and support services.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and staff to develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Provide counseling and intervention strategies to address student behavioral and emotional issues.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to support student success.
- Maintain accurate records and comply with all state and federal regulations regarding student services.
Qualifications:
- Active, valid Michigan School Psychologist license is required.
- Masters degree in School Psychology from an accredited college or university.
- Previous experience working in school settings is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, families, and staff.
Location: Ypsilanti, MI. This is a travel position requiring onsite work in the local school district.
