Key Qualifications:

• Masters degree in School Psychology or closely related field
• Valid Michigan school psychologist licensure
• Experience working with elementary, middle, and high school students preferred
• Strong assessment, counseling, and intervention skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations and assessments for students referred for academic, behavioral, or emotional concerns
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) and intervention strategies
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student success
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
• Offer group or individual counseling to address social-emotional or behavioral issues
• Advise and support school teams in applying best practices for inclusive education and positive behavior support
