Key Qualifications:
- Valid Illinois School Psychologist credential
- Professional Educator License (PEL) required
- Experience working in K-12 settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessments, counseling, and interventions for students across all grade levels
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct evaluations and interpret assessment results
- Provide recommendations and strategies for classroom support and behavioral interventions
- Offer crisis intervention and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
