Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Massachusetts School Psychologist License required
• Experience working with K-12 students preferred
• Strong assessment, intervention, and consultation skills
• Ability to design and implement individualized educational and behavioral interventions
• Collaborative approach and excellent communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, administer assessments, and interpret results to identify students needs
• Develop and recommend evidence-based interventions and supports
• Consult with teachers and staff to develop strategies addressing learning or behavioral challenges
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to team decision-making
• Provide direct and indirect support to students, including counseling and crisis intervention when needed
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and reports in a timely manner
• Foster positive and productive relationships with students, families, and staff
