Partner with educators, parents, and administrators to promote student success and well-being across multiple grades.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Massachusetts School Psychologist License required
- Experience working with K-12 students preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and consultation skills
- Ability to design and implement individualized educational and behavioral interventions
- Collaborative approach and excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, administer assessments, and interpret results to identify students needs
- Develop and recommend evidence-based interventions and supports
- Consult with teachers and staff to develop strategies addressing learning or behavioral challenges
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to team decision-making
- Provide direct and indirect support to students, including counseling and crisis intervention when needed
- Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and reports in a timely manner
- Foster positive and productive relationships with students, families, and staff
