This full-time, contract opportunity is situated in a welcoming community near Wood River and Grand Island, NE, where youll support learners across all grade levels by providing expert psychological and behavioral assessments and interventions.

What Were Looking For:
- Current BCBA certification and Nebraska BCBA credentials required
- Experience working as a School Psychologist or in a school-based behavioral support role
- Expertise supporting K-12 students with behavioral and emotional needs
- Passion for collaborative, student-centered approaches with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Strong skills in assessment, intervention planning, and progress monitoring
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students in K-12
- Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school psychologists to support instructional strategies and student goals
- Offer crisis intervention and ongoing consultation as needed
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to school district and ethical guidelines
- Provide training and professional development for school staff on behavioral strategies and best practices
