What Were Looking For:

  • Current BCBA certification and Nebraska BCBA credentials required
  • Experience working as a School Psychologist or in a school-based behavioral support role
  • Expertise supporting K-12 students with behavioral and emotional needs
  • Passion for collaborative, student-centered approaches with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong skills in assessment, intervention planning, and progress monitoring
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for students in K-12
  • Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based intervention plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and school psychologists to support instructional strategies and student goals
  • Offer crisis intervention and ongoing consultation as needed
  • Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to school district and ethical guidelines
  • Provide training and professional development for school staff on behavioral strategies and best practices
