Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field
• Valid state licensure as a School Psychologist
• Prior experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of assessment tools, special education eligibility, and IEP development
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Capacity to balance multiple caseloads and prioritize tasks effectively

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and evaluations for students referred for academic, social, behavioral, or emotional concerns
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to design interventions supporting diverse learners
• Provide group and individual counseling to students as needed
• Facilitate crisis response and intervention services within the school community
• Maintain thorough documentation aligning with school and state guidelines
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to ongoing professional development
